Hill’s Pet Nutrition is seeking an energetic Event Manager to lead sponsored and direct-to-profession conferences and retailer events across Australia and New Zealand. You will report to the Marketing Director and help engage veterinary professionals and industry partners through conferences, events, and digital platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/marketing/events is required.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale events and budgets.
• Experience with CVENT or similar event management software preferred.

Responsabilités

• Overall management, execution and oversight of sponsored and direct-to-profession events for Australia and New Zealand.
• Ideate and execute bespoke trade exhibition solutions aligned with marketing strategy.
• Negotiate venues, staff and suppliers; manage external consultants and budgets.
• Develop the communication strategy to promote Hill’s events.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and account managers to meet veterinary group requirements.
• Develop annual budgets and event calendars; manage event finances.
• Track event statistics and ROI to inform future budgets and strategies.
• Oversee the day-to-day management of veterinary industry partner relationships and sponsorships.
