Job summary

Transurban is seeking a Vendor Manager to maximise value from technology partnerships within our ERP and Corporate Applications team. You will strengthen governance, drive performance, and shape strategic management of technology vendors to support critical business outcomes.

Work with Technology, Procurement, Risk, Finance, Legal, and suppliers to deliver better partnerships and value. You’ll lead governance frameworks, monitor performance, and help implement a new technology licensing

Qualifications

Experience with external partners, suppliers, or key stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.
Ability to assess opportunities, evaluate performance, and recommend value-creating actions.
Experience establishing or improving governance, controls, and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

Manage governance frameworks for supplier relationships and monitor performance against objectives.
Identify opportunities to maximise value, optimise technology investments, and drive cost-saving initiatives.
Turn data into insights through reporting, risk identification, and recommendations for leadership.
Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve issues and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Support implementation and evolution of vendor management practices and licensing processes.
