Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in a property-related discipline or substantial contemporary experience in a similar strategic project delivery role.
• Significant experience in a comparable role within a large organisation.
• Demonstrated success leading and developing teams focused on quality outcomes and customer service.

• Lead major urban renewal projects across Gosford and the broader region.
• Establish governance, clear business cases and disciplined delivery frameworks.
