Job summary

ADP is seeking a Director ANZ Operational Transformation to lead the transformation of how ADP ANZ delivers value for clients. You will guide the transition from legacy products to next-gen solutions, drive service excellence, and elevate client trust and market positioning in ANZ and beyond.

The role requires significant leadership in B2B or technology-enabled environments, with a focus on GenAI, automation, and cross-functional execution to accelerate innovation and client outcomes.

• Significant leadership experience in operational or business transformation.
• Proven ability to translate market shifts and client needs into a transformation agenda.
• Experience leading initiatives with GenAI, automation, or digital workflow.
• Proven capability to balance delivery quality, client trust, and revenue across client base.

Responsibilities

• Lead ADP ANZ's operational transformation agenda, shaping delivery model evolution.
• Strategically steer enterprise thinking, align senior stakeholders, drive decisions.
• Transform service delivery to meet evolving client needs and retention targets.
• Protect and enhance client experience while transitioning legacy products.
• Guide transition to Lyric and emerging solutions with seamless customer experience.
• Bring external GenAI/automation experience to lift internal capability.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across sales, service, operations, product, and partners.
• Translate tech and transformation trends into strategic direction for ADP ANZ.
• Influence leadership on investments and operating models for future readiness.
