Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Senior Talent / Projects Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce projects in a complex, multi-disciplinary environment. You will drive recruitment operations, governance, and strategic talent initiatives across corporate units.

Key responsibilities include stakeholder advisory, process improvement, and leading workforce planning programs with minimal supervision. This role requires autonomy, strategic thinking, and strong governance knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end recruitment in complex organisations.
• Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and advise on talent strategies.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment Operations & Leadership: manage end-to-end recruitment across diverse units with governance.
• Talent Strategy & Workforce Projects: scope and execute workforce planning and improvement initiatives.
• HR Systems Administration: use PageUp and CHRIS21 for pipeline tracking and reporting.
• Stakeholder Consultation & Advisory: build relationships with senior managers and provide guidance on governance.
