Job summary

Strait Link is seeking a Head of Sustainability to shape how the company responds to climate-related risks and opportunities, embedding governance, reporting and decarbonisation across our business in Victoria, Australia.

You will influence senior leaders beyond sustainability, drive strategic initiatives across operations, risk and long‑term planning, and turn insights into practical programmes that reduce environmental impact while maintaining our asset-intensive operations.

Qualifications

• You are a strategic sustainability professional with strong reporting, governance and program delivery experience.
• You can translate regulatory requirements into practical business outcomes and confidently engage with senior leaders, technical specialists and external stakeholders.
• Experience leading climate or sustainability reporting and decarbonisation programs is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strait Link's mandatory climate reporting and turn it into a strategic advantage.
• Drive the decarbonisation program across marine, fleet and infrastructure assets.
• Design and own Strait Link’s sustainability strategy.
• Work with government, partners and customers to support sustainability initiatives.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for Executive and Board stakeholders
