Scentre Group, the owner and operator of 42 Westfield destinations, seeks a Head of Sustainability to lead environmental sustainability strategy and drive practical, value‑creating initiatives across the business. Qualifications

• Deep experience in environmental sustainability, climate risk/opportunity, emissions reduction.
• Ability to translate sustainability requirements into practical business actions.
• Experience developing and implementing sustainability strategies and performance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and shape the organisation’s environmental sustainability strategy, priorities and roadmap.
• Partner with leaders to translate strategy into actionable initiatives and measurable outcomes.
• Provide practical advice on operational sustainability initiatives and best practices.
• Influence senior stakeholders to align priorities with sustainability goals and business outcomes.
• Identify sustainability risks and opportunities and drive strategic responses.
• Prepare executive briefings and strategic updates translating complex issues into clear actions.
• Build relationships across executive, operational and enterprise teams to drive delivery.
• Enhance organisational sustainability capability through coaching and knowledge sharing.
• Represent the organisation in industry forums and external networks to strengthen insight and reputation.
