Job summary

Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) seeks a Supply Chain Team Leader for the Helicopter Aircrew Training System (HATS) Program based in Oakey, Toowoomba & Darling Downs. You will lead the Supply Support team, managing supplier pipelines, warehouse and distribution activities, and ensure regulatory compliance to support the Program.

The role requires experience in supply chain leadership, inventory management, and building strong stakeholder relationships, with a path to security clearance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in supply chain management and logistics functions.
• Experience with computerised inventory management systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Knowledge of risk management principles and mitigations.
• Willingness to obtain Baseline security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Supply Support team.
• Manage supplier pipeline, warehouse and distribution activities.
• Analyse and review operational support requirements.
• Oversee provisioning of spare parts and customer service.
