Job summary

BAE Systems Australia is seeking a Supply Chain Governance Specialist to join the AUKUS team in SA, with travel to Edinburgh Parks. The role focuses on governance, compliance, and continuous improvement across Supply Chain processes. Flexible arrangements include a 9-day fortnight and hybrid work.

You will work with a team that delivers significant national projects, ensuring effective controls, documentation, and stakeholder engagement within Defence environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supply Chain, contracts, compliance, assurance, or auditing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve Supply Chain governance, compliance, assurance activities, and documentation.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Supply Chain processes, tools, ways of working, and stakeholder experience.
• Conduct audits, surveys, and assurance activities to monitor compliance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and deliver communications, guidance, and training to support the implementation of new processes.
• Collaborate with leaders and cross-functional teams to drive process excellence and organisational alignment.
• Build and maintain a strong understanding of Supply Chain processes, operational frameworks, and control.
