Job summary

Borg Group is seeking a highly experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead and strengthen our procurement function across the Group. Based in Somersby, New South Wales, you will drive value, efficiency, and reliability across our supplier network and lead initiatives across manufacturing, construction, recycling and property development.

You will report to the Supply Chain Manager and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and cost

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead and strengthen our procurement function across the Group.

This is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring the group achieves value, efficiency and reliability across its supplier network. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, we are looking for a commercially minded leader with a strong track record in procurement, supplier management and process improvement.

The successful candidate will play an important role in enhancing procurement practices, strengthening supplier relationships and identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and cost efficiencies across the group.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage procurement activities across the business to ensure best value, quality and reliability
