Job summary

Sanitarium Health and Wellbeing is seeking a Business Analyst or Solutions Partner to partner with multiple business units and document processes and IT requirements. You will translate business needs into actionable deliverables and support project briefs, business cases and RFPs.

You will work with SAP and Microsoft platforms, bring strong analytical and communication skills, and help shape IT solutions aligned to organisational goals. Australian work rights required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a Business Analyst or Solutions Partner role.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Experience with enterprise systems, preferably SAP and Microsoft platforms.
• Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Business Analysis certification (preferred).
• FMCG industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and document business processes and software requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into actionable IT deliverables.
• Prepare project documentation including briefs, business cases, and RFPs.
• Support solution design and validate alignment with business strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships across business units and IT teams.
• Identify risks and opportunities for improvement in systems and processes.
