Job summary

BlueScope Distribution is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator at Wingfield (Gillman). You will coordinate despatch, inventory and service outcomes, acting as the link between Operations, Transport and Sales to ensure timely deliveries and high service levels.

You will collaborate with on-site teams, monitor DIFOT and inventory accuracy, and drive continuous improvements in a fast-paced distribution environment in Australia.

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across multiple teams.
• Demonstrated experience using SAP and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for inventory control and operational processes.
• Proven experience in despatch, logistics or distribution coordination in a fast-paced environment.
• High resilience and ability to operate in a complex, multi‑stakeholder setting.
• Strong customer focus with commitment to service excellence.
• Solid understanding of distribution operations including planning, scheduling and material movement.

Responsibilities

• Support service delivery outcomes, inventory coordination, and operational performance at Wingfield.
• Act as central coordinator between Operations, Transport, Sales and stakeholders.
• Coordinate despatch and inventory activities to optimise on-site performance.
• Manage daily inbound and outbound deliveries, including scheduling, receipting, load allocation and manifesting.
• Maintain alignment between Sales, Operations and Transport providers for smooth service delivery.
• Monitor daily performance metrics and address gaps or delays promptly.
• Work with warehouse teams to resolve stock issues and support cycle counts.
