Job summary

The State Government of Victoria is seeking a Manager Security Services to lead the delivery and oversight of contracted security services safeguarding Homes Victoria clients, staff, buildings and assets in Melbourne's CBD and inner metro areas.

You will manage security contractor performance, design safety frameworks, and coordinate recruitment, training and scheduling of security guards to meet operational demand while applying risk-based area security plans across departmental assets.

• Maintain health and safety by complying with OHS policies and procedures.
• Design and enforce security policies and protocols aligned with industry best practice and safety frameworks.
