Qualifications

• Expertise in applying security risk management standards and methodologies in a complex environment.
• Experience developing security risk management policies, processes and systems.
• Ability to produce strategic level security risk assessments with practical action plans.
• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Courts Security framework and governance.
• Analyze and assess the strategic security risk environment and translate findings into operational actions.
• Provide specialist risk advice to internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee governance and compliance activities of the Directorate.
• Coordinate responses to internal and external security audits.
• Lead responses to external reviews and Inspector of Custodial Services findings.
• Drive improvements to security infrastructure.
• Ensure alignment with Directorate and Department risk frameworks.
• Ensure risk-based, integrated and synchronized physical, procedural and dynamic security measures.
