Job summary

Kimberley College is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer / Business Manager to lead the College's finance and business operations. Reporting to the Principal and working with the Board, this role also serves as Company Secretary, guiding financial sustainability and strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will oversee budgeting, forecasting, governance, risk management and facilities, translating financial information into strategic recommendations for growth and stability.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with degree in accounting/finance or commerce.
• CPA or CA qualification (or progress) is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial management, budgeting and forecasting across the College.
• Oversee compliance, risk management, facilities and operational functions.
• Provide trusted financial advice to the Principal and Board; act as Company Secretary.
