Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Partner to accelerate seller performance across Australia. You will embed modern sales methodologies, drive AI tool adoption, and coach teams to shift from product pitches to value conversations.

You will partner with regional VPs to deliver grounded revenue impact and stronger customer connections. The role offers hybrid/remote options in Australia, with a focus on governance of Sales Acceleration programs and continuous learning for frontline

Qualifications

8–11+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Readiness, Commercial Coaching, or Enterprise Sales roles.
Strong knowledge of structured sales methodologies and consultative deal coaching.
Experience facilitating interactive workshops and dynamic role-plays.
Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, Seismic, LMS (SANA), and AI tools.

Responsibilities

Architect and lead structured deal reviews and coaching cadences to increase sales velocity.
Train and coach sales teams on AI productivity tools and modern sales tech stacks.
Embed SAP reinforcement through consultative discovery and pre-call planning habits.
Lead onboarding and learning cohorts to guide new hires to quota milestones.
Localize assets and playbooks while coordinating SMEs for complex buyer journeys.
