Job summary

MYOB is seeking a Senior Commercial Finance Manager to partner with the Leadership team across our Flare brand, driving smart, sustainable growth and turning complex numbers into practical advice for strategic decisions.

You will own forecasting, P&L analysis, pricing and investment cases, and coach the commercial finance team, while championing AI and automation to improve reporting and decision-making across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations and Finance.

Qualifications

Significant experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A or Finance Business Partnering within a SaaS, tech or subscription-based business.

Responsibilities

Partner with executive and senior leaders to provide commercial insights, financial guidance and support for strategic decisions
Lead commercial finance across pricing, deal economics, investment cases and business performance reviews
Own financial forecasting and P&L performance analysis, identifying risks and managing opportunities
Build financial models and turn SaaS and business performance metrics into clear, actionable insights
Champion AI and automation to improve reporting, forecasting and decision-making
Lead, coach and develop commercial finance team
Work with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations and Finance to deliver strong commercial outcomes
