Job summary

Who in the Zoo Recruitment is seeking an S&OP & Supply Chain Optimisation Manager in Australia. The role leads the end-to-end supply chain improvement roadmap, spanning freight, fulfilment, inventory deployment and 3PL performance, with direct reporting to the Chief Merchandise and Strategy Officer.

You will drive commercial, data-driven recommendations, set up EU 3PL capabilities for B2B, and oversee the S&OP process end-to-end, partnering with cross-functional teams to scale the business

Qualifications

• Proven experience improving or transforming supply chains
• Strong commercial and analytical chops
• 3PL/logistics partner management and negotiation experience
• S&OP or business planning exposure
• Bias for getting into the detail and challenging the status quo
• Multi-channel/retail experience and international logistics exposure (US) highly regarded

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end S&OP and supply chain improvement roadmap
• Oversee freight, fulfilment, inventory deployment, and 3PL performance
• Set up EU 3PL capability for B2B for the first time
• Renegotiate 3PL/logistics partnerships, starting with the US network
• Chair the monthly cross-functional S&OP forum
• Apply AI and advanced analytics to forecasting and network optimisation
