Job summary

Barwon Water is seeking a Risk and Assurance Business Partner (0.6 FTE) to drive risk management and assurance across the organisation. The role partners with teams on audits, maintains the risk register, and reports findings to senior leadership.

With ownership of the audit cycle end-to-end and a focus on governance, you’ll deliver assurance across compliance and risk frameworks, helping Barwon Water meet its strategic goals and build trust across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk and governance management.
• Hands-on experience with audits or assurance activities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end audit cycle, from committee prep to accreditation reporting.
• Maintain the risk register and integrated management system.
• Report audit findings to Senior Leaders, including the Executive.
• Provide expert risk and assurance advice across the organisation.
