Job summary

Calleo is seeking a Research & Evaluation Officer (APS6 Equiv) to lead and deliver research, evaluation and analysis across health-related digital programs. You will design qualitative and quantitative studies, interpret data, and translate findings into practical recommendations for decision-makers and stakeholders.

The role requires strong report writing, communication and presentation skills, plus the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Qualifications

• Experience with qualitative and quantitative methods across programs.
• Strong analytical skills and evidence-based decision-making.
• Experience developing evaluation frameworks and research methods.
• Excellent report writing, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage priorities and deliver results independently.
• NV1 clearance or the ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver research, evaluation and analysis projects aligned with Agency priorities.
• Design and implement qualitative, quantitative and mixed-method research activities.
• Analyse and interpret data to generate evidence-based insights and recommendations.
• Develop evaluation frameworks, performance measures and monitoring approaches.
• Prepare clear reports, briefings and presentations for a range of stakeholders.
• Provide advice on research and evaluation practices while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
