Qualifications

Postgraduate qualification and/or substantial experience in research development, research management or higher education administration.
Proven ability to lead and coordinate research development initiatives, strategic projects and research groups.
Ability to analyse data, prepare reports and briefing materials, and provide evidence-based strategic advice.

Responsibilities

Lead research development initiatives by coordinating groups, capacity-building programs and strategic projects across the School and GIER.
Provide expert research support and advice to senior leaders, researchers and committees on priorities and governance.
Drive research funding success by coordinating grant development activities and partnerships.
Enhance research visibility and impact through communication, engagement and knowledge translation activities.
Deliver governance and planning insights through data analysis, reporting and stakeholder engagement.
