Job summary

Downer EDI Limited is seeking a Contract Manager to lead the delivery of asset management, maintenance and facilities services on a key Adelaide contract. You will report to the National Operations Manager and ensure safe, compliant and commercially sustainable performance.

You will manage commercial, financial and operational risk, drive KPIs and governance, and build strong relationships with the client, government bodies, unions, contractors and suppliers to deliver high-quality outcomes for

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, ideally Business, Commerce or a similar field.
• Proven leadership experience in a large services organisation.
• Strong commercial contract management, financial and budget management experience.
• Governance, risk, quality and compliance systems experience.
• Highly developed stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, presentation and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of contractual obligations across asset management, maintenance and facilities management services.
• Drive achievement of KPIs, quality standards and performance within the contract's abatement and penalty framework.
• Manage commercial, financial, operational and contract risks while supporting profitability and momentum.
• Build strong relationships with the client, government bodies, unions, contractors, suppliers and internal governance teams.
• Create a high-performing, engaged workforce while identifying growth, retention and transformation opportunities.
