Communicorp in Melbourne seeks a Senior Consultant to lead psychosocial risk and workplace psychology engagements across Victoria. You will drive project delivery, guidance for client strategy and contribute to ongoing account growth while working with senior leaders and stakeholders.

You will balance hands-on consulting with project leadership, facilitation and accurate reporting, traveling as needed within Victoria and interstate. This role is based in Victoria.

Qualifications

• Registered psychologist with AHPRA and current clinical accreditation.
• Postgraduate qualification in organisational psychology or related field preferred.
• Experience delivering psychosocial risk and workplace psychology services.

Responsabilités

• Lead and deliver psychosocial risk and organisational effectiveness engagements.
• Manage projects end-to-end with milestones, budgets and governance.
• Build trusted client relationships and support account growth.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders.
• Lead workshops, reports and proposals with clear recommendations.
