We’re now hiring a Strategic Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end project marketing across a portfolio of high-profile developments. From positioning and planning to campaign rollout and performance review, you’ll be at the centre of the action — not stuck on the sidelines.

Own day-to-day marketing for a range of residential and seniors living projects
Lead marketing planning, campaign execution, and performance review
Collaborate closely with client-side teams across development, marketing and sales
Write, brief, review and refine marketing content (EDMs, SMS, social and more)
Manage suppliers and deliverables with clear direction and accountability
Maintain marketing budgets and drive efficiency without compromising outcomes
Have proven experience in project marketing — especially in property or place
Think strategically but execute with speed and polish
Communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders and suppliers
Are energised by complexity and crave variety
Bring commercial thinking to everything you do
