Zusammenfassung

Douglas Shire Council in Queensland is seeking an experienced Strategic Projects Lead to oversee the planning and delivery of complex projects that support the shire’s long-term future across strategy, infrastructure, planning, community, environment and economic development.

You will work with Council's leadership team, elected members, government agencies, consultants, industry and the community to develop solutions to some of the unique challenges facing the region.

Qualifikationen

• Qualification in Project Management, Business, Planning, Engineering or Economics or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience leading complex strategic projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing strategic plans, feasibility studies or business cases.
• Strong project governance and communication skills.
• Experience working with government, consultants, industry and community stakeholders.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and drive projects through to delivery.
• A current Class C Driver Licence.
