Media Wave is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to oversee projects from initiation to completion in Melbourne. You will coordinate timelines, resources, budgets, and communications to ensure goals are met efficiently.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of project management experience, strong knowledge of Agile/Waterfall/Scrum, and proficiency with tools like Asana, Jira, Trello, and MS Project. PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, execute, and close projects according to deadlines and budgets.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
• Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and report regularly.
• Manage scope, schedule, costs, and quality using project management tools.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues.
• Serve as the point of contact for clients and ensure clear communication.
• Monitor project performance and make adjustments as needed.
• Lead project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
