Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our PNG operations team based in our Brisbane Head Office, with an immediate start date. You will coordinate procurement, construction activities and manage project execution teams and subcontractors on site and offsite client representatives.

With strong HSE focus, you will plan the scope, schedule work, manage budgets and change management while supporting PNG citizen development and a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading project execution teams and subcontractors.
• Oil and gas or resources industry experience preferred.
• Ability to liaise daily with on-site and off-site client reps, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Proof of right to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule the scope of work for the project.
• Implement and manage construction activities ensuring HSE compliance.
• Manage project commercials, budgets, forecasting and change management.
• Lead execution of all project functions and promote innovation.
• Support development of PNG citizen employees.
