Department of Housing and Works WA seeks a Strategic Innovation Project Manager to support the Project Manager and oversee strategic and operational management of multiple projects and programs in Western Australia.

You will lead stakeholder engagement, manage a small team, and drive continuous improvement and place-based housing outcomes, with flexible work options including work-from-home up to 2 days per week.

Responsabilidades

• Supports the Project Manager and undertakes strategic and operational management of one or more Strategic Innovation projects and/or related programs.
• Manages strategic stakeholder engagement and collaboration strategies and relationships that support project outcomes.
• Overseeing a small team and developing and contributing to a diverse range of operational and service issues focusing on continuous improvement and delivering person-centric and place-based solutions and outcomes.
• Overseeing the implementation of service and operational improvements, projects and programs and contributing to their review and monitoring.
• Maintaining an expert awareness of relevant trends and issues within the State, nationally and internationally in relation to the Department's core housing functions.
