Department of Housing and Works WA is seeking a Senior Project Officer to contribute to strategic programs, service initiatives and business improvements across Housing Services. The role offers strategic oversight, governance and strong stakeholder engagement to support target outcomes.

The position sits in the Strategic Innovation team, delivering reforms, pilots and improvements to empower safer, more effective housing solutions while supporting a diverse community.

Formación

• Organised, proactive and comfortable leading multiple projects and service improvement activities.
• Ability to undertake research and analysis, identify opportunities for improvement, monitor performance and risks, and prepare clear reports and recommendations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, sound judgement and the ability to build effective relationships across the Department and with external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, evaluate and continuously improve strategic programs, service initiatives and business improvements to support Housing Services priorities.
• Provide strategic advice, program leadership and operational oversight to ensure service continuity and improved client outcomes.
• Manage stakeholder engagement strategies and relationships to support project outcomes.
