Darling Downs Health is seeking a strategic leader to design and deliver large-scale training programs supporting major health initiatives across Toowoomba.

You will guide workforce capability, mentor multidisciplinary teams, and partner with leaders to align training, engagement and implementation activities, ensuring delivery excellence through service, digital and infrastructure transformations.

Lead the design and delivery of large-scale training programs that support major health initiatives across Toowoomba.
