Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide program management support and coordinate administrative activities to ensure the effective delivery of program outcomes.
• Lead the development, implementation and maintenance of program plans, governance processes and reporting mechanisms in accordance with agreed procedures and performance standards.
• Apply project management methodologies and frameworks to support the delivery of administrative and technical work activities.
• Research, analyse and prepare briefs, complex correspondence, reports and submissions for executive and committee consideration.
• Work collaboratively with team members, contribute to a positive team culture and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, understanding and responding to their expectations and concerns.
• Monitor and adapt project management approaches to ensure compliance with relevant legislative, policy and regulatory requirements.
• Identify, analyse and resolve complex issues, using sound judgement and initiative to develop and implement practical solutions.
