Job summary

IT Alliance in Canberra is seeking a Program Manager for a Federal Government client to lead program roadmaps, delivery plans and governance frameworks in line with ICT objectives.

The role requires senior program management experience, strong communication for reporting and consultation, and the ability to drive knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across teams while keeping up-to-date with information technology practices.

Qualifications

• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, delivery plans, schedules and governance frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience in senior program management or related fields.
• Manage program scope, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies and benefits.
• Demonstrated highly developed oral and written communication skills, particularly in reporting, presentation and consultation.
• Drive knowledge sharing and capability uplift across teams to strengthen organisational maturity.
• Maintain current knowledge of information technology practices and technical disciplines through ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Report and present to stakeholders with clear updates on progress and risks.
