batyr is a purpose-driven mental health organisation focused on reducing stigma and empowering young people to seek support. We deliver preventative programs across schools, universities, workplaces and communities, combining lived-experience storytelling with evidence-based content.

The Design & Delivery Lead will shape program content, facilitate engaging sessions, and collaborate across teams to evolve our offerings in response to youth needs. A flexible, inclusive workplace awaits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing, developing or adapting learning programs for diverse audiences.
• Strong facilitation and verbal communication skills across large groups.
• Experience engaging with young people in schools, universities or community settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver batyr’s preventative mental health programs across schools, universities, workplaces and communities in a fun, impactful way.
• Lead the ideation, design and development of program content, resources and activities.
• Incorporate evidence, youth perspectives and feedback to inform content and delivery with cross-team support.
• Maintain batyr’s voice, ensuring content is clear, accessible and inclusive.
• Support evaluation of program content and delivery guided by the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning framework.
• Pilot new material and report reflections for refinement.
• Create a safe, supportive environment for conversations, working with lived experience storytellers.
• Handle pre- and post-program preparation, administration and logistics.
• Apply safety guidelines and raise concerns with managers.
