Job summary

Beyond Bank Australia is seeking a Procurement & Commercial Value Lead to drive value across procurement planning, sourcing, tendering and contract management. Based in Australia with hybrid work, you will partner with stakeholders to deliver cost savings, manage supplier performance and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will shape procurement strategy, optimise supplier relationships and build capability across the organisation while upholding CPS standards and ethical procurement.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in procurement, contract management and commercial negotiations.
• Strong commercial, financial and business acumen with ability to interpret contracts and assess risk.
• Skilled negotiator and relationship builder who can influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with ability to solve problems and identify procurement improvements.
• Ability to coach others and build procurement capability across stakeholders.
• Highly organised and adaptable in a regulated environment while maintaining compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies with value for money and risk management.
• Manage supplier and contract relationships, including performance monitoring and renewals.
• Provide expert procurement advice and capability development across the organisation.
• Drive process improvements to simplify procurement and enhance stakeholder experience.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and industry standards (CPS 230, CPS 231, CPS 234 and Modern Slavery).
