Job summary

Beyond Bank Australia is seeking a Procurement & Commercial Value Lead to deliver value through strategic sourcing, tendering, contract negotiations and supplier management. Working in a centre-led procurement model, you will partner with stakeholders to drive sustainable cost savings and compliant procurement practices.

You will shape procurement strategy, optimise supplier performance, manage risk, and drive measurable governance and capability across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in procurement, contract management and commercial negotiations.
• Strong commercial, financial acumen; interpret contracts, assess risk.
• Skilled negotiator and relationship builder who can influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical thinker who identifies opportunities to improve procurement outcomes.
• Capable of coaching others and building procurement capability across the organisation.
• Highly organized in a regulated environment with attention to detail and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing, tendering, contract negotiations and supplier management to deliver value and cost savings.
• Develop and execute procurement strategies with stakeholders for value for money and risk management.
• Manage key supplier contracts, performance monitoring, due diligence and renewals.
• Provide expert procurement advice and capability development across the organisation.
• Drive continuous improvement to simplify processes and enhance stakeholder experience.
