Qualifications

• 3+ years in supply chain management, planning, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau).
• Experience in high-volume operations or sourcing environments.
• Experience in global supply chain management and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Services Sourcing for the assigned MRO/EHS categories.
• Coordinate all customer requirements within the region for the category.
• Liaise with other category managers for delivery of Goods and Services.
• Achieve cost savings through bidding and negotiations.
• Analyze category data and metrics to drive procurement strategies.
• Understand customer needs and priorities across regions to influence focus.
• Lead supplier selection across categories, teams, and regions.
• Ensure knowledge of supply market and supplier capabilities, technically and geographically.
• Develop mechanisms to track supplier performance (SRM).
• Create supplier scorecards to measure performance.
• Lead business reviews to improve supplier performance and partnerships.
• Innovate procurement processes and tools to support lifecycle.
• Support contracting processes and post-execution management.
