Santos Limited is seeking a Brisbane-based Planning and Scheduling Leader to coordinate the lifecycle of Campaign Events and maintenance schedules. You will drive safe, efficient planning and help reduce downtime while upholding company standards.

You will lead a team across Tier 1-3 planning, manage resources, review work orders, and ensure compliance with the Operations Excellence methodology to deliver high-quality maintenance outcomes.

Competenze

• Demonstrated leadership experience in maintenance planning and scheduling in an oil and gas or resources environment.
• Strong understanding of campaign and routine maintenance procedures and governance frameworks.
• Proficiency with SAP, SharePoint and Prometheus for scheduling and data capture.

Mansioni

• Lead planning and scheduling activities across the full campaign and routine maintenance lifecycle.
• Manage workload allocation and readiness; reallocate resources as required.
• Review and release work orders ensuring minimum planning standards.
• Ensure scheduling compliance with Operations Excellence processes.
• Coordinate planning resources across multiple teams and sites.
• Monitor safety-critical maintenance targets and ensure compliance.
• Confirm all work orders are planned and ready for execution.
