Cotton On Group is seeking a commercially minded Planning Manager for the Cotton On Kids brand. You will lead a team of Planners, Assistant Planners and Analysts to translate the planning strategy into action, driving the right product mix at the right time.

You will partner with the leadership team and Product, Buying and Trade functions to enable strong commercial decisions, grow the business and develop your team in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in a similar Senior Planner/Planning Manager role within a retail environment.
• Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to coach, develop and inspire teams to achieve result
• Demonstrated experience contributing to a broader leadership team and influencing strategic business decisions
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels cross functionally (Planning, Product, Buying)
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with a proven ability to make high-impact decisions which balance customer needs and inventory investment
• Highly organised and self-motivated, with excellent time management skills and attention to detail
