You will translate organisational priorities into measurable outcomes, guiding strategy, performance, risk management and continuous improvement across the health service.

You will partner with the Executive Team, Board, and clinical leaders to drive data-informed decisions, governance, and culture change that enhances patient care, workforce

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in strategy, performance and transformation in a large complex org.
• Experience developing and evaluating strategic and operational plans.
• Experience implementing performance management frameworks and executive reporting.
• Proven governance framework establishment and organisation-wide change delivery.
• Experience advising Executives/Boards and senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and build high-performing workforces.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of the organisation's Strategic Plan.
• Monitor trends and advise on strategic opportunities and risks.
• Oversee organisational performance framework with KPIs and service agreements.
• Identify risks and improvement opportunities through performance analysis.
• Ensure reporting supports informed decision making by Board and executives.
• Embed Lean and Improvement Science across the organisation.
• Support redesign of models of care to improve patient outcomes and workforce experience.
• Drive Enterprise Risk Management framework implementation.
