Job summary

AGL is seeking a Senior Analyst for Performance & Planning within the Consumer Growth team. You will translate complex performance and financial data into clear insights, own forecasting, and support budget planning.

The role involves partnering with Customer Markets, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to challenge assumptions and inform acquisition priorities. You will lead analytical activities across performance management, planning, forecasting and commercial decision support to drive value

Qualifications

• Experience owning or improving performance frameworks and planning processes.
• Advanced financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• Strong numerical, analytical and commercial problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience influencing stakeholders with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve performance frameworks, KPIs and reporting.
• Lead budget planning and channel OPEX management.
• Drive forecasting analysis and scenario modelling.
• Deliver commercial analysis to evaluate opportunities and investments.
