Western Sydney University is seeking a senior People and Culture partner to lead a contemporary business partnering model across Hawkesbury and Parramatta South campuses. You will align university priorities with workforce strategies and guide executive decision-making on capability, performance and employee experience.

Reporting to the People and Culture Leadership Team, you will oversee employment and industrial relations, remuneration and benefits, and ensure job architecture supports equity

• High-level leadership and negotiation capability.
• Experience leading People and Culture Business Partnering teams.
