Job summary

Urbis is a multidisciplinary urban consultancy seeking a Partnerships Consultant to support strategic partnerships, sponsorships and memberships. You will connect Urbis with industry conversations and opportunities, driving thought leadership and events across a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

You will build relationships with industry bodies, maintain activation plans, and coordinate campaigns that elevate our brand and market presence across Australia.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, business, PR or related.
• At least two years' experience in partnerships, sponsorships, marketing, communications or stakeholder engagement.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience maintaining databases, records and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience in professional services, consulting or B2B environment is advantageous.
• Interest in emerging technologies including AI and Microsoft Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of partnerships, sponsorships and memberships portfolio, maintaining accurate records, databases and activation plans.
• Coordinate speaking opportunities, events, committee participation and industry engagement activities.
• Assist with the delivery of thought leadership campaigns and partnership activations across digital, social and event channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry bodies, professional associations and external partners.
• Support internal stakeholders to maximise the value of memberships, sponsorships and partnerships.
• Monitor performance, maintain reporting and contribute insights and recommendations for future opportunities.
• Manage project activity and workflows through relevant systems, including Monday.com.
• Contribute to a safe and inclusive workplace in line with WHS policies and procedures.
