Job summary
Swiss Re seeks a P&C Account Coordinator to support client strategy, sales enablement and operational excellence across Australia and New Zealand. You will coordinate client, renewal, and governance activities, working closely with underwriters and sales teams to deliver on commercial priorities with quality and pace.
The role offers broad exposure, quality mentorship and opportunities to develop technical, commercial and stakeholder management capabilities in a globally connected reinsurance
Qualifications
- Four+ years of relevant experience in P&C Reinsurance/Insurance.
- Strong understanding of reinsurance or insurance processes and commercial applications.
- Proven analytical, problem-solving and project coordination capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for client materials.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate client strategy papers, engagement plans, and market analyses to enable sales planning.
- Monitor new business and renewal pipelines and track priorities and deadlines.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery across underwriting, sales, and internal partners.
- Prepare client materials for executive interactions and strategic reviews.
