Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a Manager OT Inventory Sourcing & Services to lead sourcing, procurement, inventory and supplier management across our Operational Technology environment in NSW. You will partner with suppliers and internal teams, use data to optimise purchasing, strengthen governance and asset management, and ensure critical OT goods and services are available when needed.

CIPS accreditation is desirable; tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain are required.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain or similar discipline.
• CIPS accreditation desirable but not essential.
• Experience in inventory, warehousing or procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing, procurement, inventory and supplier management across OT environment.
• Use data and insights to improve purchasing and inventory; deliver value for money.
• Strengthen procurement governance and asset management practices.
• Champion safety, compliance and continuous improvement.
• Maintain robust inventory and warehousing practices across lifecycle.
• Implement systems and processes to record, track and secure OT assets.
• Collaborate with suppliers, internal teams and corporate procurement.
