Job summary

Leed is seeking an experienced executive to assume the Operations Director role as part of a planned succession and growth strategy. Initially, the focus is on understanding the business, people, projects and clients, working closely with the Managing Director and leadership team.

Over time, the role will lead operational performance and overall business leadership as Leed scales within its new ownership and market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on delivery in water, renewables and complex civil infra.
• Leads projects with safety, commercial and operational focus.
• Experience managing geographically dispersed teams across regions.
• Builds credible client and market relationships; growth minded.
