Job summary

Avanade is seeking a Microsoft Technology Account Lead (MTAL) to build trusted relationships with Accenture, Microsoft stakeholders, and clients. You will own sales, delivery oversight, and customer satisfaction for Microsoft-focused deliverables across one or more accounts.

You will lead the development of Microsoft strategies, champion AI and innovation within the account plan, and coordinate cross-functional teams to design and deliver tailored Microsoft solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of customer management and enterprise sales experience.
• 7+ years leading multidisciplinary teams in configuring and delivering Microsoft solutions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft technology stack; foundational or higher level Microsoft certifications preferred.
• 5+ years experience in relevant industry verticals and ability to articulate Microsoft differentiators across cloud providers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Microsoft advisor and primary contact for clients and Accenture leadership.
• Manage strategic client relationships and lead account teams for Microsoft-focused work.
• Develop relationship plans, identify customer outcomes, and coordinate internal experts to gather requirements.
• Oversee bid responses, pricing strategies, and contract terms to win opportunities.
• Drive account growth by expanding the Microsoft footprint and renewing strategic engagements.
