  • Collaborate across Marketing and Communications, working closely with Campaign Managers to deliver integrated, high-impact marketing programs.
  • Maintain regular engagement with stakeholders, providing visibility of initiatives, managing approvals and ensuring alignment throughout delivery.
  • Review and communicate campaign performance, using insights to continuously improve future initiatives.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to support go-to-market readiness through effective education and enablement of key marketing initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns, assets and programs across industries, offerings, markets and audiences.
About You

  • A proven track record of developing and delivering marketing strategies that drive business growth, pipeline and revenue.
  • Experience influencing senior executives and leading cross-functional collaboration within complex, matrixed organisations.
  • Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen and financial management experience, including budget ownership.
  • An analytical, insight-led approach, using data to inform decisions, optimise performance and demonstrate business impact.
  • The ability to navigate ambiguity, influence stakeholders and bring clarity to complex business challenges.
  • Experience delivering industry and/or offering-led marketing programs.
