Job summary

Bapcor Ltd, the leading automotive aftermarket group, invites applications for a Marketing Operations & Communications Specialist working with the JAS Auto Electrical Parts team. You will sit at the centre of marketing, coordinating campaigns, product launches and customer communications to ensure activity is planned, executed and measured.

Collaborating with Marketing, Product, Sales, Commercial and Operations, you will turn data into actionable insights that drive commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing operations, campaign coordination, commercial support or similar roles.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Experience using data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive, commercially minded approach.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the JAS marketing and activity calendar
• Coordinate campaigns, promotions, product launches and customer communications
• Track delivery, milestones and business outcomes
• Develop dashboards, scorecards and performance reporting
• Analyse campaign, category and sales performance
• Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Prepare leadership updates and business communications
• Drive alignment across Marketing, Sales, Product and Operations teams
