Job summary

RSM Australia is seeking a Marketing Manager in Sydney to bring strategic marketing expertise, creative campaign design, and exceptional project management to our dynamic environment.

The role involves liaising with partners to develop annual plans, managing budgets, and delivering impactful campaigns across local and national levels. A 7+ year track record in marketing within professional services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with relevant partners to develop annual marketing plans and budgets, ensuring consistency with office strategic priorities, as well as the national strategic and marketing plans.
• Report monthly on marketing plans and budgets
• Attendance at local marketing / BD meetings to progress planned initiatives and make recommendations on best practice activities.
• Manage agreed sponsorships and partnerships to ensure maximum benefit received.
• Assist in the management of standards for local functions, seminars and networking events.
• Manage implementation of marketing campaigns to drive agreed metrics.
• Manage the review and update of marketing and promotional materials including brochures, website content, banners, office signage and capability statements for local office stakeholders.
• Manage local office design requests (e.g. seminar/function invitations, flyers, newsletters, advertising and radio scripts).
• Work with partners and staff to develop and maintain staff profiles (CV) for use in tenders, proposals and on the website.
