Job summary

RSM Australia in Sydney is seeking a Marketing Manager to bring strategic marketing expertise, creative campaign design, and exceptional project management to our dynamic environment. In this role you will liaise with partners to develop annual marketing plans and budgets, maintain local event programs, and manage sponsorships for maximum impact.

You should have a relevant tertiary qualification in Business or Marketing, at least seven years of relevant experience, and the ability to influence

Responsibilities

• Develop annual marketing plans and budgets with office and national plans.
• Report monthly on marketing plans and budgets.
• Manage sponsorships and partnerships for maximum benefit.
• Support in managing standards for local functions, seminars and networking events.
• Manage implementation of marketing campaigns to drive metrics.
• Update materials including brochures, website content, banners, signage and capability statements.
• Coordinate local office design requests (invitations, flyers, newsletters).
• Develop staff profiles for tenders, proposals and website.

About the role

Our Sydney team is seeking a Marketing Manager to bring strategic marketing expertise, creative campaign design, and exceptional project management skills to our dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with relevant partners to develop annual marketing plans and budgets, ensuring consistency with office strategic priorities, as well as the national strategic and marketing plans.
• Report monthly on marketing plans and budgets Attendance at local marketing / BD meetings to progress planned initiatives and make recommendations on best practice activities.
• Manage agreed sponsorships and partnerships to ensure maximum benefit received.
• Assist in the management of standards for local functions, seminars and networking events.
• Manage implementation of marketing campaigns to drive agreed metrics.
• Manage the review and update of marketing and promotional materials including brochures, website content, banners, office signage and capability statements for local office stakeholders.
• Manage local office design requests (e.g. seminar/function invitations, flyers, newsletters, advertising and radio scripts).
• Work with partners and staff to develop and maintain staff profiles (CV) for use in tenders, proposals and on the website.

About you

Education Requirements:

• Essential Relevant Tertiary qualification - Business or Marketing.
• Desirable Experience in a professional services environment.
